This No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake is easy to make and its rich and creamy texture will surely delight. All it takes is a brick of cream cheese, whipped topping and a pie crust, graham cracker or cookie crust. After chilling a couple of hours, you will have a delightful dessert! Top with any fruit topping or shaved chocolate. Need an appetizer? It makes 2 dessert balls (use cream cheese only) and lots of fruit dip (use whipped topping only). Remember 1-2-3!{1 cheesecake, 2 dessert balls, 3 fruit dips or more depending on the portion.} My favorite- a chocolate cheeseball rolled in chopped nuts, drizzled with both chocolate syrup and caramel syrup for the perfect turtle dessert ball. Serve w/ vanilla wafers or cinnamon graham crackers. YUM!
